About Me

I’m a Registered Professional Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association and a Certified Life Coach. Along with formal training in Ayurveda, Yoga (500+) and Meditation, I have 16 years experience in personal development and wellness as well as a wide variety and depth of lived experience.

My ability to create a safe, calm and accepting space where people feel able to explore and express what’s truly happening for them, allows them to make an immense amount of progress in a short amount of time.

I believe that by learning to take responsibility for the part we play in creating our circumstances, by forgiving and accepting ourselves and by shifting how we interact with ourselves and others - we can completely transform our lives.

I love to work with those who are ready to make significant change in their lives and are willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen. I find that if people are truly willing to do the work - there’s no limit to how far they can go.

In my free-time, you’ll find me skipping rocks or jumping in muddy puddles with my son and husband, dancing to the Troll’s soundtrack, drinking hot chocolate or watching Rom-Coms.
